• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding some remote regions in Asia and other specified locations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs.
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/Customized items, intimate apparel/swimwear (unless tags and liners intact), opened Accessories/Equipment, and Final Sale items.
